OKC Fall Engagement Session
Natalie + John’s love story: Natalie and John met in high school, they were on the same swim team! Natalie was a senior and John was a sophomore when they met through a mutual friend. They quickly became good friends, talking any chance they could get. Finally, John had the courage to ask for her number and they began talking nonstop. This continued for a bit, but Natalie did not want to date until John turned sixteen. A few weeks after his sixteenth birthday they went on their first date to the school play, and later that night he asked her to be his girlfriend. Fast forward to February of 2021, John proposed to Natalie on a rooftop in Chicago. Out of all their memories together this was the best. Throughout the years they have continued to grow closer together.
What is your favorite date night? John and I love to travel any chance we get! Often times with our schedules we are only able to go on quick getaways over the weekend! Our favorite date night is typically any time we get to go out of town and try a new restaurant and explore! We love Mexican & Italian food. Our favorite one to date was the night we got engaged! We had the best steak dinner at the most charming/ eclectic restaurant!
What is your vision for your wedding day? Our vision for our wedding day is a lot of neutrals and soft tones! We want to keep it pretty simple. Nude, cream, taupe, and black mixed with greenery is the over all color scheme. My favorite holiday is the 4th of July and I love them summer so we decided to book our wedding date for July. We want the reception to feel like a party for everyone!
Why did you pick me to be your wedding photographer? We are thrilled to have you as our photographer! Not only do we both love your style and how simplistic it is, after talking to you for the first time on the phone I knew I would absolutely love for you to be the one to capture all of our special moments on our wedding day. You have already taken so much weight off my shoulders when it comes to wedding planning and I am so thankful! I can’t wait to get to know you!
I am SOOOOO excited to be photographing Natalie + John’s big day in July at The Springs Tulsa. Also, can we take a second to notice their adorable puppy, Honey. I MEAN…..does it get any cuter???
